For about 15 years at the Abbey of Royaumont (Val d' Oise), Brigitte Lafon followed master classes of vocal technique, interpretation of Lieder and she improved her repertoire with orchestra.


In 1997 she was awarded the “Price of the Royaumont Foundation”


She taught singing at the National school of Music of Bastia, in Corsica (1981-1982).


She gave master classes of lyrical art in Toulouse, Macon, Besancon, Nantes, Bayonne…


She was a teacher of vocal technique for the choir of Les Bouches du Rhone Marseilles (2000-2002).


She has taught singing at the Symphonic choir and Ensemble Vocal du Centre (Orleans), and for about 20 years in private courses.


She is invited in different jurys of National music schools for the year exams of singing classes, in Avignon, Rennes, Besancon…

She gives advanced courses in singing to students, for Cefedem Bretagne-pays de Loire.


Admissible in February 2004 for the C.A. , a professional degree for teaching singing


Her experience as a performer also allows her to work as a teacher of Lyric art.


She taught from 2004 to 2006 at the National Academy of Nantes.


In 2005 and 2006, Brigitte Lafon was the teacher of vocal technique of the choir of National Orchestra of the Pays de la Loire (Nantes).


In July 2007 she gets her Diploma, equivalent to the national degree of graduated Teacher of singing.


She has been a teacher since 2007 at the academy of La Roche sur Yon
